Returns And Refunds Policy
Right to Cancel:
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us at support@reveurstudio.com of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (by email). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation & Refunds
If you cancel the order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. "Unnecessary handling" means handling the goods more than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (e.g., wearing the item beyond simply trying it on). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us on support@reveurstudio.com.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We provide a return shipping label for your convenience, the cost of this label will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items if the hygiene seal has been broken or removed:
Earrings and pierced jewellery
Swimwear or underwear. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on custom-made or personalised items.
How to Return an Item
Contact us at support@reveurstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
We will provide instructions on where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
